By purchasing a downloadable layout kit or downloading free samples you are obtaining a "license to use" these graphics/
images and designs from Julia Fialho and you are agreeing to the terms of this user license.

All graphics/images are copyrighted property and are licensed to you, not sold to you. They do not become your property; you are obtaining a license to use them.

This license agreement applies to all materials created by or authored by Julia Fialho.

PERMITTED USES:

1. You may:

(a) You may use and incorporate the Content in your personal scrapbooking layouts;

(b) You may alter Content by changing the size, color, adding to or deleting from said Content.

(c) You may use portions of this kit in your layouts that are submitted to scrapbooking and/or related magazines and web sites
for publication as long as proper credit is given to Julia Fialho.

(d) You may print a hardcopy of Content to be used in your personal scrapbooking projects.

(e) You may make one (1) copy of the Content solely for back-up purposes; you must reproduce all proprietary notices on this single back-up copy;

PROHIBITED USES:

2. You may not do anything with the Content that is not permitted. You may not provide a copy of the Content, or any
portions thereof, to anyone or allow anyone to gain access to the Content, or any portion thereof, except as
permitted above. For greater certainty, you may not:

(a) You may not use the Content in design template applications for resale, including, without limitation, website templates,
flash templates, and brochure design templates;

(b) You may not display the Content on websites designed to induce sales of "print on demand" products, including postcards,
mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items (this includes custom designed websites as well as sites such as Cafe Press
(i.e. www.cafepress.com));

(c) You may not claim Content or altered Content as your own. You may not alter these graphics and call them your own.
You may not take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own.

(d) You may not use the Content or any part thereof as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service
 mark or logo;

(e) You may not incorporate the Content in any product that results in a re-distribution of the Content (such as electronic
greeting card web sites);

(f) You may not use the Content in a fashion that is considered by Julia Fialho (acting reasonably) as pornographic,
obscene, defamatory or libelous in nature;

(g) You may not use any image in the Content that depicts a person to endorse a business, product or service;

(h) You may not use Content to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works.

(i) You may not remove any notice of copyright, trade-mark or other proprietary right from any place where it appears on or
in the Content or its accompanying materials;

(j) You may not sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute the Content;

(k) You may not post a copy of the Content on a network server or web server for use by other users; or

(m) You may not transfer the rights to the Content or accompanying materials (if applicable), except as specifically provided
for elsewhere in this Agreement.

(n) You may not make any Content into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way, neither use any of the contents
to make signature tags or stationary for email clients (as in OE or Incredimail, etc).

(o) You may not offer Content on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.

Commercial Terms of Use - User License

These Terms of Use are valid only for commercial use products as long as you buy the proper license.
The Commercial use license for Designers allow the creation of other products for digital and hybrid scrapbooking.
By using commercial products from Julia Fialho, you are agreeing to the terms of use below so please read them fully.

1 - You may not resell my products in their original design individually.
2 - You may not resell my products in their original design if they are actions, brushes, styles, templates, etc.
3 - You may not use our commercial use products to make other commercial use products.
4 - When creating Quick Pages e Digital Photobooks the final product needs to be saved as .png or .jpg format with no individual layers or elements files.
5 - You may not create a pack or kit with commercial products only. My commercial products should be 50% of a kit except for alphas.
6 - You may not use my graphics on ilegal websites or publications.
7 - You may not desature or alter any of my graphics to Gray Scale to resell them as Templates.
8 – You may alter size, colors (elements in grayscale), etc as you need.
9 - You may not offer any of these graphics on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news
or Yahoo group, Google Groups, Comunities on the internet like Orkut, Gazzag and others or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.
10 - You are not required to give proper credit in your terms of use.
11 - You may create S4H and/or S4O kits with my commercial use products.

Termos de Uso Comercial - User License

Estes Termos de Uso são válidos apenas para uso de produtos comerciais.
A licença para uso comercial Designers lhe permite a criação de outros produtos para a digital e híbridos scrapbooking.
Através da utilização de produtos comerciais Julia Fialho, você estará concordando com os termos de uso abaixo por isso leia-los atentamente.

1 - Você não pode revender meus produtos no seu desenho original individualmente.
2 - Você não pode revender meus produtos no seu design original, se forem ações, pincéis, estilos, modelos, etc...
3 - Você não pode utilizar o nosso produto comercial para fazer outros produtos de uso comercial.
4 - Ao criar Quick Pages e Digital Photobooks o produto final deve ser guardada como. Png ou. Formato jpg, sem
camadas elementos individuais ou arquivos.
5 - Você não pode criar um pacote ou kit com produtos comerciais só. Meus produtos comerciais devem ser de 50% de um kit com excepção de alfas.
6 - Você não pode usar meus gráficos ilegal em sites ou publicações.
7 - Você não pode desature ou alterar qualquer dos meus gráficos para escala de cinza para revendê-las como templates.

9 - Você pode não oferecer qualquer um destes gráficos em qualquer página web para download, enviá-las através de uma lista como uma notícia grupo ou o Yahoo, Google Groups, Comunidades na internet como o Orkut, Gazzag e outros, ou incluí-los em qualquer gráfica recolha quer na internet ou qualquer outra forma.
10 - Você não é obrigado a dar crédito adequado, em seus termos de utilização.
11 - Você pode criar S4H e / ou S4O kits com os meus produtos de uso comercial.
